Truth Revealed

Whenever I find information on a website, I like to know who or what organization/religious affiliation is behind what is written.  In the case of SINsurvivor.com, there is no organization or religious affiliation.  This site reflects The Truth revealed to me from The Holy Spirit through many different people and teachings.  And most importantly, what was revealed is substantiated and confirmed by Bible scriptures.

Identity

In this day and age, I could tell you I identify as a cat, and some of you would even buy into that and send me some catnip!  Let’s be real.  I identify as God made me – a female, now in my 70s.  I am a child of God because I am being led by The Holy Spirit.  Romans 8:14 (NLT) For all who are led by the Spirit of God are children of God.  I also identify as God “sees” me.  I am righteous and pleasing in His sight because my identity is in Christ

Now, am I pleasing to look at or do my thoughts, words, or deeds reflect righteousness?  I always fall short of God’s glorious standard.   Thankfully, God isn’t looking at my outward appearance or deeds.  He is looking at my “born again” spirit (my heart).  God knows I have placed my faith in His Son Jesus Christ who paid my sin debt in full with His death, burial and resurrection.  I have claimed Jesus as my personal Savior.  God has placed me in Christ along with other believers.  When God looks at me, He actually sees the righteousness of His Son. 

First the natural, then the spiritual 

In the Fall of 2017, I was watching The 700 Club on TV.  The host, Pat Robertson, was interviewing Dr. Dale Bredesen, a neurologist and neuroscientist.  Through his research, Dr. Bredesen discovered there are 36 or more contributing factors for Alzheimer’s.  I was excited to learn that some of his patients were actually reversing their Alzheimer’s symptoms, especially those in the early stages of the disease.  With the right blood tests, it is possible to know the contributing factors which have led to a person’s ALZ.  Following an individualized protocol (program), some patients have seen improvement in 3-4 months!  This is a treatment, not a cure, and patients must continue to stay on their program.  This treatment is called The Bredesen Protocol^TM.

It was around this time that I finally submitted (surrendered) to God.  I don’t remember a time when I didn’t believe in God and specifically His son, Jesus.  I attribute that to my mother who put the scriptures in my hands and my sister’s hands.  We are both so grateful and thank God for her.  It was time to put my trust and my life in God’s hands and let Him direct my paths.  I was always afraid to submit to God because I thought He would send me to Africa to be a missionary!  I realize now that God uses the gifts He has given us to fulfill His purpose for our lives.  God knows what is best for each of us.

God was beginning to reveal His purpose for my life.  I felt led to tell anyone and everyone that it’s possible to reverse the symptoms of Alzheimer’s and dementia.  Finally, my son and I, with the help of my husband, put together a website called, ALZsurvivor.com.  We had so much fun setting up the site and adding the content.  At that time, not many people knew about Dr. Bredesen’s Protocol, so it was a challenge to find testimonials of people who were using his program and getting their lives back.  But … The Holy Spirit was at work, and He led us to just what we needed by way of “bread crumbs.”  These were thoughts, ideas, articles, videos, etc.  They would come when we were individually praying, working or developing the site.  We followed these bread crumbs, and they led to blessed loaves of bread.  We prayed for guidance, and the answers came.

About this time, some people came into our lives briefly which resulted in a very important prayer.  One of these people said they believed in some kind of deity, but not sure about Jesus.  They didn’t believe in hell and didn’t think hell was mentioned in the Bible.  They also didn’t think the Bible was without error and thought Revelation should not have been included in the Bible.  Sadly, we were ill-equipped at that time to show them The Truth in the Bible.  However, it did reinforce our own beliefs and eventually led us to confirm them biblically.    

The other encounter was with a person who was doing energy healing.  When questioned where that energy was coming from, they said they always prayed for “the good energy.”  They also said they renewed their energy by attending lectures, etc. at a place where one goes to get a “reading” from a psychic medium.  Yikes – they were getting energized by demonic forces in the devil’s playground! 

See what God has to say about mediums and psychics in the following verse.  Leviticus 20:27 (NLV) ‘A man or woman who speaks with bad spirits or who talks to the dead must be put to death. They will be killed with stones. They will suffer for their own sin.’”

The prayer that opened the flood gates of “Truth Revealed”

Please, Lord, reveal your truth to these people  . . . . . and to me and us.  I really thought we knew all that was needed especially for salvation, but almost as an after thought, I tacked on and to me and us.  I had no idea then what would follow because of that prayer. 

While working on ALZsurvivor.com, I knew the information provided on that site could hopefully extend a person’s life on earth.  And, it has!  But, wouldn’t it be great if people knew how to extend their lives forever?  I believe this was The Holy Spirit tugging at me, nudging me to start another website.  This would be quite a commitment as I knew how much work the first site had been.  I also realized I would need to know something first!  Even though I was lacking in biblical knowledge, I made a commitment to God in the Fall of 2019 to put together a faith based website. 

In November of 2020, I finally began to work on SINsurvivor.com, a site to lead people to The Truth and salvation through Jesus alone.  Again, my family has supported me and helped me with the new website.  And, The Holy Spirit continues to leave me bread crumbs to follow.  Reading has never been enjoyable for me unless I’m seeking information.  Good thing I didn’t know in advance how much reading I would need to do.  Discernment is the key to finding the right information.  It became easier to locate trustworthy sites with biblical truth.  Some of the main sources I have used are Got Questions for answers to biblical questions and Bible Hub for commentary on Bible passages.  I have also used Bible Gateway to view verses in many versions.  

What is The Truth that was revealed?

God has foreknowledge.  Before I was even born, He knew I would pray for the truth to be revealed to others and to me and my family.  Because of His foreknowledge, I believe He began to reveal The Truth (Jesus) to me when I was a child.  I also believe He continued to reveal what I was ready to receive as I matured in faith.  But I do know the floodgates opened and The Holy Spirit led me to boatloads of truth in the Bible just when I needed it for this website.  Below you will see some of the programs and people who revealed The Truth and impacted my faith journey. 

I will tell you up front, some of what you find on this site will not be what you have been taught in Sunday School or Church.  The information here is not based on religion.  If anything, it is contrary to religion.  Religion won’t save a person.  A relationship with Jesus will.  I hope you keep an open mind regarding what you find here, and I hope it prompts you to open your Bible and seek the truth for yourself.  Pray to God and ask Him to show you the truth.  And, who is The Truth? Jesus is Truth incarnate (in human form).  John 14:6 (NKJV) Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

My prayer is that you will discover The Truth (Jesus) all over this website and see the need to come to Him for your hope, help and salvation.  Salvation begins with knowing we are all sinners in need of a Savior.  See how sin affects all of us by visiting SIN – Who Cares?  You can be a SIN Survivor, too, once you claim Jesus as your personal Savior.

Programs and people who revealed The Truth and impacted my faith journey 

Once I retired, I would watch the local news and weather on TV. The 700 Club is a Christian program that followed the news.  On this program, they would showcase people who had been healed or experienced a miracle.  I was skeptical because the church I sat in for many years did not speak much about such things.  Because of this, I would quickly turn off the TV.  Then there were times I would forget to turn it off and end up watching the whole program.  Eventually, I could discern that the miracles and healings were real!  The program was a buffet of sorts – touching on many biblical subjects along with health segments and real news from around the globe.  They would also showcase those who were being helped in our country and abroad from donations to their program.

The 700 Club then moved to the TCT channel.  On this station I was able to watch Christian programs 24/7.  I would watch Today with Marilyn and Sarah, Gospel Truth with Andrew Wommack, then Through the Bible with Les Feldick, Len & Cathy Show, Turning Point (with Dr. David Jeremiah), Pathway to Victory (with Dr. Robert Jeffress) and many others.  These shows can be accessed free on the TCT app.

Les Feldick’s teachings convinced me of the coming rapture of believers.  He clearly pointed out the scriptures that spoke of the rapture vs. those of Jesus’ 2^nd Coming.  He would draw a simple biblical timeline on the board, erase the church age and then connect the timeline as if the 2,000 year church age never happened. 

Once believers (mainly gentiles) are raptured to heaven, the focus will return to the Jews.  At the start of the tribulation, only unbelievers will be on earth, but God will supernaturally send two witnesses who will preach the Gospel of the Kingdom.  Also, God will send out 144,000 sealed Jews who will spread this gospel throughout the world.  See what the Bible says about being sealed in the following verse.  Ephesians 1:13-14 (ESV) In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory. 

The Holy Spirit’s influence in the world will increase due to the 144,000 sealed Jews and those who come to faith in Jesus.  Many people (Jews and gentiles) will be saved, but persecuted and executed.  God’s plan will be carried out as He originally intended.  The Jews (who finally believe) will spread the good news of their Messiah Jesus who will come again and this time set up His Kingdom on earth.  Visit End Times Timeline & Explanation to see when and how these events will take place.

I have written so many notes on scraps of paper while watching these shows.  These people don’t just preach the word of God, they “live” it.  Andrew Wommack’s teachings are radically different from mainstream Christianity, but they coincide with scripture.  Take a look at Healing, Peace, Joy & Prosperity, and you’ll see what I mean.  Jesus not only purchased our salvation with His death, burial and resurrection, but everything we could ever need or want that is good for us.  The same supernatural faith needed for salvation is the same faith we can use to claim what Jesus obtained and which resides in our born again spirits.  As they say, name it & claim it – believe & receive!  We don’t need to beg God for anything.  We already have it!  Start praying from a position of victory, thanking God and expecting what you need to manifest itself.  God loves us and wants us to be free from the guilt of sin, healed, at peace, and experiencing joy and prosperity.  I don’t want to get to heaven and have God ask why I didn’t make use of everything His Son provided.

If you think God hasn’t heard or answered your prayers, you’re mistaken.  I know He has heard and answered my prayers for things I thought might never change.  I also know the power of other people’s prayers for us.  A couple years ago, my husband had some routine tests done that unexpectedly showed an aortic aneurysm.  As we were on our way to see a cardiothoracic surgeon, someone from The 700 Club called my phone to talk about a possible donation to CBN Israel.  I told the woman we would think about it, and then she asked if there was anything she could pray for that we needed.  I explained my husband’s health problem and that we were on our way to see a specialist.  Her prayer was that the doctor would have a different diagnosis.  We were pleased she would take the time to pray with us, but I didn’t have much hope for that happening.

At the specialist’s office, the physician’s assistant took time to review the CT scan on disc and the diagnosis from the radiologist.  He returned to the room and said he really didn’t see what the radiologist had reported.  Next the physician came into the room with the same good news.  It was definitely a different diagnosis!  We could hardly contain our excitement.  You can imagine our thankful prayer once we got back into our car to head home.  The same test was repeated a year later with no concerns from the doctor, and my husband was told he didn’t need to return!  God has and is richly blessing us.
